Life Science Cares Switzerland brings together the life science community and local non-profit organizations to build bridges for people with limited opportunities in our country, enabling access to education and opportunity for all who wish to develop beyond their own limitations.

    • Swiss Biotech Association

      Founded in 1998, the Swiss Biotech Association represents the interests of the Swiss biotech industry. To support its members, the association works to secure favorable framework conditions and facilitate access to talents, novel technologies and financial resources.

    • Wyss Zurich Translational Center

      The Wyss Zurich Translational Center is an innovation accelerator affiliated with ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. It supports projects in the fields of regenerative medicine, robotics, and medical devices/bionics, aiming to translate innovative therapies, technologies, and intelligent systems from research into clinical application.

      Cellvie is developing Therapeutic Mitochondria Transplantation, a groundbreaking treatment focused on improving cellular energy metabolism. The initial application targets ischemia-reperfusion injuries, particularly in kidney transplants and heart attack patients, with the broader goal of creating a versatile platform.

      The Schweizerische Rote Kreuz collects donations for people in need in Switzerland and abroad.

      The regional Caritas organizations are committed to helping people affected by poverty in Switzerland, regardless of nationality or ideology.
